Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds & Returns
Kalakaars does not offer refunds. As a proud “Zero Inventory Brand” committed to sustainability, every order is made to order and delivered just in time. Therefore, we do not accept returns.

Exchange Policy

Kalakaars allows exchanges for products of the same value, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.

How to Exchange:

  1. File an exchange request within 3 days of receiving your product by contacting us:

    • Phone: 9624989813  (Monday to Saturday, 12 PM – 6 PM).
  2. Our team will take up to 3 business days to process your exchange request. Additional courier charges will apply.

Exchange Options:

  • Option 1: Paid Reverse Pickup
    • Charge: ₹100 per 500 grams.
    • Availability: Reverse pickup is unavailable for all pin codes and depends on service availability.
    • To initiate an exchange.
  • Option 2: Customer Self-Shipping
    • Ship the product using any affordable or convenient courier service to our production facility. Ensure you provide tracking details.
    • Once the product is received at our facility, the replacement product will be shipped immediately at no additional cost for shipping.

Note: Shipping charges for both sides will apply for a second or third exchange request.

Order Rejection & Cancellation

Kalakaars reserves the right to cancel orders due to product non-availability or unserviceable pin codes. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days through our payment aggregator partners.

Partial COD Policy

  • A 20% upfront payment is required for Partial COD orders to cover shipping, customer acquisition, and management costs.
  • If the order is not accepted upon delivery, the upfront payment is non-refundable.

PayLater Policy

  • Orders placed via SimplPayLater must be paid within 5 days of the bill being generated. Notifications are sent via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • If a PayLater order is not accepted at delivery, refunds will be processed after deducting shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges.

COD Cancellation Policy

Orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) may be cancelled for the following reasons:

  1. Incomplete Address: Missing house number, apartment number, or landmark.
  2. Availability: COD is only offered on selected pin codes and specific products.
  3. Plus Sizes: COD is available for sizes up to XL. Sizes beyond XL require prepaid payment.
  4. Cart Value: COD orders exceeding the dynamic upper value cap will be cancelled without notice.
  5. Customer COD History: Customers with a history of refusing COD deliveries may not be eligible for this service.

Note: High-value orders, customized products, and plus sizes are not available for COD.
